Note:

1. Digital artworks can be rendered onto Metal/Acrylic [Dibond], or as Gyclees, in a wide range of sizes by most contemporary print shops'
2. Artworks are sold in digital form only.
3. We cannot replace works that are accidentally deleted, lost, etc.
4. 'Single Copy' license is limited to a single digital copy of the work, and a single physical instance rendered to a medium. Work remains available on my website.
5. Copyright Partner' license can sell unlimited digital copies, or unlimited physical copies, in any medium. Work disappears from my website.
6. Copyright Partner' does not invalidate 'Single Copy' licenses previously sold.
7. Purchase of a work is purchase of a link that will download the work from the site. Upon payment, the link is sent to customer by email, and the link is deleted once the work is downloaded.
8. Download links that have been paid for remain valid unconditionally for 60 days, or until downloaded. They are then deleted.
9. Upon email request, the refund will be made manually.
10. Copyright Partner does not transfer legal Copyright, which I retain. It is a Non-Compete Contract by me to sell no future copies of the work online. It does not prevent me from selling physical copies in galleries, etc. and the work remains under my name as its creator. It is a Partnership, not IP transfer.
11. A user who purchases a Single Copy license, can later purchase the 'Copyright Partner' license. There is no discount or credit.
